Cantoni’s Pizza traces its roots back more than 75 years to Brescia, Italy, where a family recipe became the foundation for our signature sauce. After years of refinement, Adam Cantoni brought that tradition to life — creating a flavor so balanced and distinctive it can’t be duplicated.

Founded in 2005 by brothers Adam and Jason Cantoni, Cantoni’s opened its first kitchen in Morgantown, West Virginia, quickly earning a loyal following for thin-crust, Jersey-style pizza made fresh to order. From WVU to Ohio State University and eventually Fairmont, WV, Cantoni’s grew by honoring tradition, quality, and community. Today, Fairmont proudly serves as our flagship location and home.

At Cantoni’s, every pizza is made to order using vine-ripened tomatoes, Italian spices, and closely guarded family ingredients. Each pie is topped with our signature blend of real provolone and mozzarella, then finished with fresh, daily-cut toppings.

Beyond pizza, our menu includes calzones, hoagies, wings, salads, and appetizers, all prepared with the same commitment to quality. Known for its crisp, thin crust and bold flavor, Cantoni’s pizza is often described as Jersey-style — and once you’ve had it, there’s no substitute.
